ATC cards

Hello and welcome,

Today I want to share some ATC cards.
I haven’t made many ATC’s in my life but I went to a craft crop in my hometown this spring, and there was a couple of challenges there to attend. So I went for an ATC challenge. We should make four cards and in bright colors. So I took my Tim Holtz CMS479 Abstract flowers stamps and started.

I started with the backgrounds cut from Watercolor cardstock. I inked my craft mat with some Distress inks and Distress Oxides and then sprayed some water, dipped the cards. Dried with my heat tool. Repeated until happy. Then I splattered som black acrylic paint. I draw a line with a black Posca pen around the edges and inked the edges with Black soot DI.

I also stamped the background with CMS396 Field notes and CMS448 Eccentric with Black soot Archival ink.

I used some Crackle glaze and THS174 stencil, Berry leaves.

All flowers are stamped on Watercolor paper with Embossing ink, then added black embossing powder and colored with Distress inks. Fuzzy cut. When I fuzzy cut I cut off all the small petals on the top of the flowers. Then stamped the flowers with Archival ink on the background. Then I added the Fuzzy cut flowers above and with 3D foam for dimension.

I cut some small rectangles from Black cardstock and stamped “Hello” with Distress embossing ink, then used white embossing powder. The small “signs” is fastened with mini fasteners.

I will try these cards in a challenge over at Simon Says stamp Monday challenge -Lots of layers.

Thank you very much for visiting my blog,

/Susanne
