Hello and welcome,
The Halloween making has finally startedđ. I have used Tim Holtz products for this card.
The background is inspired by a background Zoey Scarpelli made some weeks ago, an embossed background with Distress paint on top.
I painted a piece of Mixed media cardstock with white Distress paint, dried, then stamped some images with Distress embossing ink and used Clear embossing powder, heated. Then painted Ground espresso paint over, let dry a bit, and used a lightly damp piece of paper and swept over the background and embossed areas. All edges on this project are inked with Scorched timber Distress ink.
I glued some old book pages to Distress Mixed media cardstock with Distress collage medium, then diecut the pumpkin. I colored the pumpkin pieces with Distress Watercolor pencils and Distress inks.
The piece in the very back is a black piece of paper that I have used Grit paste glow on.
I diecut some leaves from Watercolor cardstock, inked with Distress inks. Dipped and dried until happy. I inked some cheesecloth as well.
I will try this card in a challenge over at Simon says stamp Monday challenge - Add some text.
