Hello and welcome,
I have been collecting Tim Holtz Ideaology for years. I have used Ideaology on cards until now. This is my first Vignette Halloween. It was such a joy to make this little piece. đ€
I started this box a couple of weeks ago on a crop. And finished almost the last minute from Halloween. đđ
I started to glue Backdrops to all sides around the box with Distress collage medium. Then sanded the edges and inked with DI. Then for some extra texture I added some Distress Grit paste crypt. I glued some hardware heads on the outside of the box, they are colored with Mushroom Alcohol ink. Then I used Designtape on the front frame on this box.
I sprayed a Woodland tree alpine with black Distress spray stain. When dry I added some collage medium and finally Rock candy glitter Vintage.I love these creepy paper doll twins which I colored with Distress crayons.
I used a Halloween worn wallpaper on the inside of the box. Then used Distress crayon for grunge. i also rolled down the uppger right edge of the wallpapers.
I used some ink on the ”wicked” ephemera piece and used a nail to adhere it on the wall. Inked the edges with Scorshed timber DI.
I glued a skull and pumpkin in the spanish moss with a hot glue gun. Then I used some Grit paste crypt on them. I also added some grit paste crypt on the window. I used a ”cracked” transparancy as glass on the window.
I will try this in a challenge over at Simon Says stamp Monday challenge -Add some texture.
Thank you very much for visiting, and Happy Halloween đ !
/Susanne
