Tag card for a collegue

Hello and welcome,

Today I will show a tag card that I made for one of my collegues. We bought her a flower for Christmas and I made this card for a greeting.

I used Kraftstock and an old Bigz tag die to cut the tag. #8.

I stamped the background with the CMS281 Stripes and Holidays stamp with Distress embossing ink. Then I used Platinum embossing powder. Heated with embossing gun . I splattered som Distress Mica spray in red on the background.
The flower is made from Watercolor cardstock, inked in different red colors and then cut with the old Bigz die, tattered pointsettia. Then I inked the edges of the flower with embossing ink and again used Platinum embossing powder. Heated with embossing gun.
I inked the edges of the tag and put some yellow Stickles glue in the middle of the flower.  I stamped one of the  Holiday postmarks CMS323 stamps with red archival ink.
I cut the Merry die from Mixed media heavystock and then used embossing ink, then Platinum embossing powder and then heated. Repeated 3 times for a smooth look.
I made a cardbase from red cardstock and put a red hem string in the hole of the tag.

Products used: Distress Kraftstock, Distress Watercolor cardstock, Distress inks, Distress Oxide, Distress Mica spray stain.

Stamps: CMS 323 Holiday postmarks, CMS281 Stripes and Holiday

Dies: Merry & Bright, Tattered poinsettia

I will try this tag in a challenge over at  Simon Says stamp Monday challenge - Merry Christmas/Happy holidays.

Christmas Ideaology tag

Hello and welcome,

I love Tim Holtz Ideaology and I have been collecting the pieces for many year. And I have always had the ambition to really make something for Christmas. This was the year!

I was fortunate to attend a class with Paula Cheney a couple of years ago in Florida. It was a great and inspiring class. This tag is inspired by that make from her class.

My dear husband made the tag base, the shelf’s, the cube’s for the Christmas presents and he also helped me to made the candles. The candles are inspired by Tami B.

Products used:

Woodland tree large, Tiny lights, Backdrops, Paper doll, Distress inks, Distress crayon, Distress rock candy glitter, Distress spray stains, Distress rock candy chunky glitter, Christmas baubles, Christmas ephemera,  pine twine, Alcohol inks, Festive marquee.

I will try this tag in a challenge over at Simon says stamp Monday challenge - Merry Christmas/Happy holidays.

Father’s day card 2025

Hello and welcome,

As always time flies.

Today I want to share my Dear Father’s ”Father’s day” card.

In my family we love Mickey mouse, so therefore I wanted to use the Spellbinders Mickey dies on this card.

I also had some old Disney papers in my stash that came in handy.

I used Tim’s Retro tv die, with some Woodgrain cardstock.

Some tape from Tim as well, both the Christmas plaid tape and Ideaology cello tape.

An Ideaology film strip was also added.

Liquid drogs and some Simple stories ”dots” is also added, and some splatters of Distress inks.

This is it for now,

Thank you very much for visiting!
