Birthday card for my Dear dad

Hello and welcome, 

I have made this card for my Dear Father who had his birthday yesterday, he turned 83. ❤️

I have used Tim Holtz products for this card.

It is a folded card, which I saw a friend made at a local crop. I was inspired to try it. 

I have used Tim’s new supercool A5 Embossing folders. I love the new folders as I tend to make quite big cards. 

I have used Tim’s “Dapper” design papers which I have had in my craft room for years. Now it was time to use some of them. 

The dies are Sizzix666289 Tailored and for the circle 662229 Stitched circles.

I have also used Small talk occasions, CMS488 Tid bits, CMS394 Tiny text Ideaology Kraft stock, Mini fasteners and Cello sticker tape.

Inside the card I made a panel inspired by a make from Vicki Evans. Mixed media heavystock, remnant rubs numbers, stamps CMS483 Paint by number, Acrylic paint, Distress inks and Archival ink. 42 is for my dad’s year of birth. Stitched with sewing machine around the edges. 

Dapper designpaper inside the card. 

I used CMS433 Bold sayings stamp on the backside of the card, Distress embossing ink and white embossing powder. 

I will try this card in a challenge over at Simon says stamp Monday challenge Masculine.
