Rusty "steel" tag

Welcome, 

Today I will share a tag made on Tando Creative substrate, and Andy Skinner´s techniques.

I like the industrial look a lot and my idea was to create a tag that should look like a rusty piece of steel. Therefore I started off with the grey background and put on some rusty details such as rusty wire and a rusty washer. 

 Stencils and stamps from Andy Skinner, (Tando Creative and Stampendous). Paints, texture sand paste and modeling paste from Deco art.

Travel tag

Today I show a Travel tag I have made with lot´s of Tim Holtz products. I´ve been waiting a long time for some new products to arrive. I made the background using Distress resist spray through the star stencil and then different colours of Distress Oxide´s. Then stamped with the new stampset Theories CMS 329.

I also used stamps from Correspondence CMS 225. Then I used some Ideaology designtape, Chatter. After that I inked the edges with Distress ink´s and some Distress crayons.

I made a pocket using Tim´s new die, Stitched slots, attached it to my tag using my sewing machine.

On the label I used a text stamp from Theories set, and embossed it with black embossing powder.

I decorated the tag with a Ideaology Story stick, which I coloured with Weathered wood Distress paint and wiped it away so the word get´s visible. 

I made some tickets for the slots from the new stampset, Ticket booth CMS 337 and Distress Oxide´s. Like the crisp stamped image you can achieve with DOX.
I stamped on some designpaper from the French industrial paper stash. I also cut out a map from that stash and put it in the first pocket.

I finished the tag with some Ideaology pieces.
